In Members’ Voluntary Liquidation

Notice is hereby given that following an Art 95 meeting of members held on 14 January 2011 that I, Alison Burnside was appointed liquidator of the above named company by a resolution of members.

Creditors of the above named company are required on or before 25 February 2011 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors, if any, to the undersigned Alison Burnside of FPM Accountants LLP, 1-3 Arthur Street, Belfast, Antrim, BT1 4GA the Liquidator of the said company, and if so to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

This notice is purely formal.

This company is solvent and all known creditors have been or will be paid in full.
