A petition to wind up the above-named company whose registered office is situate at Unit 38, Mallusk Enterprise Park, Newtownabbey, BT36 4GN presented on 22nd April 2008 by Rubber & Plastic Products (NI) Limited of 30–38 Duncrue Place, Duncrue Industrial Estate, Belfast, BT3 9BU claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at The Royal Courts of Justice, Chichester Street, Belfast, BT1 3JF as follows:
