A meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator, under Article 143(2) of The Insolvency (NI) Order 1989, for the purpose of considering the following resolution.

“That the Liquidators remuneration be fixed on a time/cost basis in accordance with Rule 4.134 (2) (b) of The Insolvency Rules (NI) 1991”

The meetings will be held as follows:

Should you not wish to attend, completed Proxy forms should be completed and returned not later than 12 noon on 26 February 2006, to entitle you to vote, together with a completed Proof of Debt Form, if you have not already lodged one.

It is important that you clearly indicate your wishes as regards the Resolutions on the Proxy Form.
