Department of Finance and Personnel

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Finance and Pesonnel in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 25A(3A) of the Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 has made Regulations entitled 'the Rates (Unoccupied Heriditaments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007 (S.R. 2007 No. 30)”.

The Regulations were made on 22nd January 2007.
