Fairview Lane, Enniskillen: Abandonment

The Department for Regional Development being of the opinion that the road is not necessary for road traffic proposes to make an order under Article 68 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 the effect of which would be to abandon 106.6 metres of Fairview Lane, Unclassified No. 6514, Enniskillen, from its junction with Gaol Square extending in a southerly direction.

The length of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map, which together with a copy of a draft order may be inspected by any person free of charge at all reasonable hours during the period from 24 January 2007 to 7 March 2007 at the Department’s Roads Service offices, Headquarters, Room 201, Clarence Court, 10–18 Adelaide Street, Belfast BT2 8GB; and Castle Barracks, Wellington Road, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh BT74 7HN.

Any person may within the said period object to the proposal by written notice to Roads Service Western Division, Boaz House, Scarffes Entry, Omagh BT79 1JE stating the grounds of objection.
