Appointment of Inspectors

The Secretary of State for Northern Ireland in exercise of the power conferred on him by Article 21(1) of the Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 (the Order), hereby appoints:–

Owen Fulton	Paul Swift
Karen Allen	Ann Mullan

as Inspectors who in that connection:–

(i)	can exercise the powers conferred on an Inspector by Articles 22, 23, 24, 25(6) and 27 of the Order; and
(ii)	institute prosecutions pursuant to Article 36 of the of the Order
