The Planning Reform (2006 Order) (Commencement No.1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 No. 222 (C. 12)

Notice is hereby given that the Department of the Environment has, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 1(3) of the Planning Reform (Northern Ireland0 Order 2006, made on 17 May 2006 t he Planning Reform (2006 Order) (Commencement No.1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006 S.R. No. 222 (C.12).

This Statutory Rule brings Article 15 (procedure of planning appeals commission) of the Planning Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 into operation on the 18th May 2006.
