Notice is hereby given that by a Deed poll dated 30th March 2006 and enrolled in the Central Office of the High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland on the 31st day of March 2006, Carol Olivia Dodds of 14 Springhill Drive, Newry, County Down as person having Parental Responsibility on behalf of William Thomas Dodds a child, single and a Commonwealth Citizen abandoned the surname of McCahon and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Dodds.
