Lagmore Grove, Lisburn: Abandonment

The Department for Regional Development gives notice of its proposal to make an Order under Article 68 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 the effect of which would be to abandon 600 square metres of road at Lagmore Grove, Lisburn extending in a westerly direction from Stewartstown Road after the completion of such works as the Department considers necessary for the provision of alternative facilities for road traffic.

The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map, which together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected by any person free of charge at all reasonable hours during the period from 13 April 2006 to 24 May 2006 at the Department’s Roads Service offices, Headquarters, Room 201, Clarence Court, 10–18 Adelaide Street, Belfast BT2 8GB; and Eastern Division, Hydebank, 4 Hospital Road, Belfast BT8 8JL.

Any person may within the said period object to the proposal by written notice to Roads Service Headquarters at the address above stating the grounds of objection.
