THE SOCIAL SECURITY CONTRIBUTIONS AND BENEFITS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ACT 1992

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by section 167(D) and 171(1), (3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 and now vested in it, the Department for Social Development has made a regulation entitled the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 (S.R. 2006 No. 150).
