THE SOCIAL SECURITY CONTRIBUTIONS AND BENEFITS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ACT 1992

Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 108(2), 109(2) and 171(1) to (4), and paragraph 1 of Schedule 6 to, of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 and now vested in it, the Department for Social Development has made a regulation entitled the Social Security (Industrial Injuries) (Prescribed Diseases) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 (S.R. 2006 No.96).
