The Criminal Justice (Evidence) (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2006

Notice is given that the Northern Ireland Office made on 17 February 2006 an order entitled ‘The Criminal Justice (Evidence) (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 (Commencement No.3) Order 2006 (S.R. 2006 No. 63 (C. 5)) which will come into operation on 3 April 2006.

The purpose of the Order is to bring into operation sections 44, 45, 46 and Schedules 1 and 2 of the Criminal Justice (Evidence) (Northern Ireland) Order 2004.
