Deletion from the European Pharmacopoeia

The Health Ministers, that is to say the Secretary of State concerned with health in England and the Department1 of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, acting jointly, hereby declare under section 65(7) of the Medicines Act 1968 that on and after 1St April 2006 the monograph referred to in the Schedule hereto, which had been published under the direction of the Council of Europe (Partial Agreement) in accordance with the Convention on the Elaboration of a European Pharmacopoeia, shall cease to form part of the European Pharmacopoeia.
