The Bovine Products (Restriction on Placing on the Market) (No.2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005

Notice is hereby given that the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972, has made Regulations entitled –

The Bovine Products (Restriction on Placing on the Market) (No.2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005.

The Regulations will come into operation on 1st January 2006. Copies of these Regulations may be purchased from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
