The Department of the Environment has made a Statutory Rule entitled:

The Courses for Drink Drive Offenders (Experimental Period) (Termination of Restrictions) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 481)

This Order, which comes into operation on 31st December 2005, makes permanent the rehabilitation courses for drink drive offenders, which are at present operating on an experimental basis.
