The Loading Bays On Roads (Amendment No. 6) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005

Notice is given that the Department for Regional Development made on 3rd November 2005 an order entitled The Loading Bays on Roads (Amendment No. 6) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 477) which will come into operation on 24th November 2005.

The purpose of the Order is to amend Schedule 1 to the Loading Bays on Roads Order (Northern Ireland) 2000 by the addition of three loading bays, one in front of Nos. 20-24 Market Street, Omagh, one in front of Nos. 19-25 Market Street, Omagh and one in front of Nos. 3-7 Bridge Street, Omagh the use of which will be restricted to any vehicles loading and unloading certain goods during the hours 8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. on Monday to Saturday inclusive. The Order will also delete from Schedule 2 to the Loading Bays on Roads Order (Northern Ireland) 2000 the items relating to High Street, Omagh and Market Street, Omagh.
