Notice is given pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989, that the final meetings of members of the above named companies will be held at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, One Kingsway, Cardiff CF10 3PW, on Tuesday 27 September 2005 commencing at 10.00 am for the purpose of receiving an account of the Joint Liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the conduct of each winding up.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the meetings may appoint a proxy, who need not be a member, to attend and vote instead of him/her.
