The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005

The Department of the Environment has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 329). The Rule, which is made under powers conferred by Article 3(1) of the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Northern Ireland) Order 1998, makes provision for reprocessors and exporters of packaging waste to apply for accreditation at any time throughout the year. The Regulations come into force on 8th August 2005.
