The Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005

Notice is hereby given that the Department for Social Development, in exercise of powers conferred by Articles 2(5)(a), 39(1)(b), (3)(c) and (9), 40(3)(a) and (4), 41(2)(b), (c) and (d), 280(1)(b) and 287(2) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, has made Regulations entitled:

The Pensions Regulator (Financial Support Directions, etc.) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 378).
