Notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 190(1), (3), (4)(a), (b), (c)(ii) and (d)(ii), (5) and (6) and 287(2) and (3) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Department for Social Development has made a regulation entitled the

Pension Protection Fund (Maladministration) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 128).
