Notice is hereby given pursuant to s.27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the above-named Deceased, who died on 17th day of December 2004, are required to send in on or before the 12th day of May 2005, such claims to the undersigned Personal Representatives of the Deceased.

And Notice is hereby further given that after the said date 12th May 2005, the said Personal Representatives will proceed to convey or distribute the property of said Deceased among the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and demands of which particulars have been received.
