REGULATED TENANCIES – RENT INCREASE

The rents of regulated tenancies, registered with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, will increase by 3.1% for 2005/06.

Landlords may apply this increase to the rent charged, not earlier than 4th April 2005, providing they have given tenants 4 weeks written notice of the increased rent, in the prescribed form.
