Final Meetings

AUTOMART LIVESTOCK & FARM SALES LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, that a final meeting of the members of Automart Livestock & Food Sales limited will be held at the offices of McKeague Morgan & Co., 40 University Street, Belfast BT7 1FZ, on 21st July 2004 at 11.00 am for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the liquidator (pursuant to Section 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator. A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of McKeague Morgan & Co., 40 University Street, Belfast BT7 1FZ, by no later than 12.00 noon on 20th July 2004.
