Notice is hereby given that Robert Graham Ferguson of KPMG, Stokes House, 17/25 College Square East, Belfast BT1 6DH, was appointed Liquidator of the above company by a meeting of the company’s creditors following the resignation of Henry Joseph Saville with effect from 30th December 2003. The meeting further resolved that Mr. Saville be given his release from the same date.

All creditors who have not already done so are hereby invited to prove their debts by 30th April 2004 to me at my address shown above.
