A petition to wind up the above-named company of 73 Palmerston Road, Belfast BT4 1QD, presented on 14th October 2003, by the Commissioners of Inland Revenue, Somerset House, Strand, London, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at The Royal Courts of Justice, Chichester Street, Belfast BT1 3JE.

Date: Thursday, 13th November, 2003.

Time: 10.00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
