Notice is hereby given that on 28 March 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Livingston by DRILLCYCLE LIMITED, Former Police Box, 38 Quality Street, Edinburgh, EH4 5BS, craving the Court inter alia that THE SCOTTISH INSTITUTE OF THEATRE, DANCE, FILM AND TV LIMITED, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC413196) having its Registered Office at Silver Rock Studios, Almondvale Business Park, Almondvale Way, Livingston, EH54 6GA (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Livingston by interlocutor dated 28 March 2025; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto into the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
