1. That the Company be wound up Voluntarily.
2. That Beverley Ellice Budsworth and Greg Mullarkey of The Debt Advisor Limited, 18-22 Lloyd Street, Manchester, M2 5WA (Office Holder no 008941 and 006544) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.
