a) "That the Company be wound up voluntarily
b) That Matthew Hoy and Shane Biddlecombe of TruSolv Ltd, Grove House, Meridians Cross, Ocean Village, Southampton, Hampshire, SO14 3TJ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
c) That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation
