Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 19 July 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 5 March 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Myla Isabella Tate who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Myla Isabella Prenegha and assumed the name of Myla Isabella Tate.
