Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28 October 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 5 March 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Cosmo Matthew Clapson who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Matthew Cosmo Clapson and assumed the name of Cosmo Matthew Clapson.
