WHEREAS LIVINGSTON AUTO PARTS LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC141277 was dissolved on 23 March 2022; AND WHEREAS in terms of s1012 of the Companies Act 2006 all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Livingston Auto Parts Limited was the Tenant under a Lease between Legal and General Property Partners (Industrial Fund) Limited as General Partner of Industrial Property Investment Fund (the "Landlord") and the said Livingston Auto Parts Limited (the "Tenant") dated 21 November and 20 December both months in the year 2007 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 8 January 2008 as subsequently varied and amended in terms of Minute of Variation between the Landlord and the Tenant dated 27 July and 15 August both months in the year 2018 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 21 August 2018, of ALL and WHOLE Unit 5, Lindsay Square, Deans Industrial Estate, Livingston AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Livingston Auto Parts Limited came to my notice on 17 February 2023: Now THEREFORE I, JOHN THOMAS LOGUE, the King's and Lord Treasurer's Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown's whole right and title in and to the Tenant's interest under the said Lease.
