NOTICE is hereby given that Mr. Andrew “Drew” Richard Kunas is seised with Full Title Guarantee of the legal and beneficial title and ownership of the Lordship of the Manor of Sagebury or by whatever name the same may be known in the County of Worcestershire with all the rights, intellectual property, manorial land, incidents, members and appurtenances thereto belonging, including the right to the style and title of the Lord of the Manor of Sagebury, the same having been acquired for good and proper consideration on 16th January 2023. Mr Kunas is the 36th since the year 1195 in the line of the Lords of the Manor of Sagebury.
