NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
THE SAMWORTH BROTHERS RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN (THE "PLAN")
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 notice is hereby given that the Plan is about to be wound up and all benefits have been or will be secured or transferred to alternative pension arrangements.
This notice is addressed to current and former employees of Samworth Brothers Limited and their spouses, partners, children and dependants.
Anyone who believes that he or she is a member of the Plan but has not been contacted about the winding-up, or anyone who believes they have any other interest, claim or entitlement in relation to the Plan which has not already been dealt with within the winding-up, should write and provide details of their membership, interest, claim or entitlement to Samworth Brothers Retirement Savings Plan Trustees Limited at Chetwode House, 1 Samworth Way, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire LE13 1GA.
Details must be sent within 2 months of the date of the publication of this notice. After the expiry of the 2-month period the Plan shall be wound up and the Trustee of the Plan shall not be liable to any person in respect of any claim, interest or entitlement of which the Trustees have not had notice.
