Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 4 May 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 7 September 2022 as person having parental responsibility on behalf of LINUS HELMUT LINK-LESNIEWICZ who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of LINUS HELMUT LESNIEWICZ and assumed the name of LINUS HELMUT LINK-LESNIEWICZ.
