Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 14 April 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 8 September 2022, I, Sue Jane Day, 22 St. Hilda's Road, Harrogate, North Yorks HG2 8JY Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Susan Jane Day and assumed the name of Sue Jane Day.
