Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15 February 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 9 September 2022, I, Samantha Jayne Slater, 46 Garbutt Street, Shildon, County Durham DL4 1AR Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Samantha Jayne Owen and assumed the name of Samantha Jayne Slater.
