Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that on 13 July 2022 (the “Effective Date”) Abeille Value Holdings LLC (the “Transferor”) transferred the whole of their interest in Anglo International Shipping Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP017845, to Tandem Holdings SA (the “Transferee”) and that with effect from the Effective Date the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
