A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Signature Litigation Victims Group Limited (06853408) of Registered Office Address 85 Great Portland Street 1st Floor, 85 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7LT, previously of Registered Office Address One The Courtyard, Chalvington, East Sussex BN27 3TD, whose nature of business is is (so far as its present business if any is concerned) not known but whose business as recorded in the Gazette as "Activities of other membership organisations not elsewhere classified" and whose business previously involved acting on behalf of persons and entities who brought claims against the Royal Bank of Scotland PLC and various post-settlement matters, and whose registered company number is 06853408, presented on Wednesday 27 October 2021, at 12:12 by MANX CAPITAL PARTNERS LIMITED (A COMPANY INCORPORATED IN THE ISLE OF MAN WITH ISLE OF MAN REGISTERED NUMBER 118908C), of Masonic Buildings, Water Street, Ramsey IM8 1RD Isle of Man claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the The Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 08 December 2021, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
