NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the partnership firm formerly subsisting between Nigel James Beckwith, Jonathan Stuart Karl Beharrell, Mark Teal, Richard John Taylor, Andrew Johnson, Matthew David Fletcher, Edward Fitzgerald Flanagan, Andrew Peter Bell, Stephen Lee Dillon, Paul Michael David Plaxton, Andrew Paul Tarbutt and Charlotte Leanne Chilcott carrying on the business of a solicitors practice under the name Gosschalks has been dissolved by mutual consent with effect from 1 October 2020 and that all debts due to and owing by such firm will be received and paid by Gosschalks LLP which will continue to carry on the business under the same name.
