Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 14 August 2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 15 March 2021, I, Steven Philip Long, 10 Pippin Avenue, Liskeard, Cornwall PL14 3FU Single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Steven Philip Hodgson-Lamb assumed the name of Steven Philip Long.
