The Future Electric Holdings Limited Partnership (LP013689) having its principal place of business at Amberley, Mayfield Lane, Wadhurst, East Sussex, TN5 6JE (the “Partnership”) hereby gives notice that Wyvern Forestry Ltd ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership on 30 July 2020 and, with effect from that date, 100% of the share of the Partnership held in its name was assigned to Henry Richard Geers Cotterell.
