NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE that the Scheme of Transfer (the Scheme) providing for the transfer to Liberty Mutual Insurance Europe SE, having its registered office at 5-7, rue Léon Laval, 3372, Leudelange, Luxembourg, of part of the non-life insurance business of AmTrust International Underwriters Designated Activity Company, having its registered address at 6-8 College Green, Dublin 2, Ireland comprised of certain surety policies issued in the Netherlands and Belgium was, together with other ancillary relief, sanctioned by the High Court of Ireland on 25 March 2020 pursuant to Section 13 of the Assurance Companies Act 1909, Section 36 of the Insurance Act 1989 and Regulation 41 of the European Union (Insurance and Reinsurance) Regulations 2015.

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the transfer provided for by the said Scheme is effective from 31 March 2020.
