Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17 October 2019 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 29 November 2019 I, Lacy Faye Talbot, 19 Chester Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 1AT, Single and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Faye Talbot and assumed the name of Lacy Faye Talbot.
