SC617634)), pursuant thereto the Lord Ordinary by interlocutors dated 12th September granted leave under section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 to the Petitioners to use the name "Carewatch" and to be directors of the said company and to the first and second named Petitioners also to use the names “My Life” and “New Directions”.
