WHEREAS NASEEB RESTAURANT LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC563109 was dissolved on 11 September 2018; AND WHEREAS in terms of section 1012 of the Companies Act 2006 all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Naseeb Restaurant Limited was the Tenant under a Lease between Niaz Mohammed and Zaheeda Parveen, both residing at 71 Bridge End Park, Bathgate EH48 2AD and Saghir Ahmed as sole director of the said Naseeb Restaurant Limited, dated 1 November 2017, of ALL and WHOLE the subjects known as 17 George Place, Bathgate as more particularly described in the aforementioned Lease; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Naseeb Restaurant Limited came to my notice on 14 August 2019: Now THEREFORE I, DAVID BRYCE HARVIE, the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Lease.
