We, Julian Pitts (IP No. 007851) and Andrew Mackenzie (IP No. 009581) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Fourth Floor, Toronto Square, Toronto Street, Leeds, LS1 2HJ together with Christopher Brooksbank (IP No: 009558) of O'Haras Limited, Moorend House, Snelsins Lane, Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, BD19 3UE were appointed as Joint Administrators of the Company on 7 December 2018.

Please note that further to requests from the Company's creditors for a decision procedure to be convened pursuant to Section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act 1986, a virtual meeting of the Company's creditors will be held on 14 March 2019 at 11.00 am. Julian Pitts, in his capacity as Joint Administrator of the Company, is the convener of the meeting.

The purpose of the meeting is for seeking a decision on the approval of the administrators' proposals from the Company's creditors, and if the creditors think fit, to appoint a liquidation committee.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting (either in person or by proxy), creditors must have submitted a proof in respect of their claim (unless a proof has already been submitted) to the Convener via the contact details below, by no later than 4.00 pm on 13 March 2019.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to do so either in person or by proxy. If you cannot attend and wish to be represented at the meeting, a completed proxy form must be delivered to the Convener via the contact details below, prior to the meeting.
