Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Act of Court dated 13 December 2018 ("the Act") Alan John Roberts and Benjamin Alexander Rhodes of Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, JE1 1ET were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above named Company under Article 155 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended.

All creditors of the above Company are required on or before the 15 February 2019 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Joint Liquidators together with supporting documentation, and all person indebted to the said Company are required to settle with the Joint Liquidators by the above mentioned date.
