Notice is hereby given of the Petition which was presented to the Court of Session on 25 October 2018 by RODNEY ROBERTS, 32 Ecclesall Avenue, Liverpool, L21 5HQ, for the restoration to the Register of Companies of Alma Caledonia Limited, having its Registered Office, as at the date of its dissolution, at KPMG Peat Marwick, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 2GE (Registered Number SC085661) pursuant to Sections 1029 and 1031 of the Companies Act 2006; by deliverance dated 13 November 2018, Lord Bannatyne appointed all persons interested if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto with the Clerk of the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, EH1 1RQ within 21 days after publication of this advertisement; ail which notice is hereby given.
