VICTOR JD SATELLITE AND JM SUBSEA TIE-BACK AND ASSOCIATED INFIELD PIPELINES DECOMMISSIONING PROGRAMMES
ConocoPhillips (U.K.) Limited has submitted, for the consideration of the Secretary of State for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, the draft Decommissioning Programmes for the Victor JD and JM Subsea Tie-Back and their Associated Infield Pipelines, in accordance with the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1998. It is a requirement of the Act that interested parties be consulted on such decommissioning proposals.
The items/facilities covered by the Decommissioning Programmes are:
The Victor Field is in Blocks 49/17 and 49/22 approximately 140 km due East of Theddlethorpe on the Lincolnshire coast. The facilities include one infield satellite platform, comprising a topside and a jacket structure, one subsurface installation, one subsea pigging skid, 5 infield pipelines (2 gas, 2 piggy-backed methanol and 1 control umbilical) and associated stabilisation features.
