I do not propose to summon a meeting of creditors for the purposes of establishing a Liquidation Committee. Under Section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986, I am required to do so if I am requested, in accordance with the rules, to do so by one-tenth, in value, of the Company’s creditors.
